*The registration fee covers access to all sessions, all conference materials, luncheon and coffee breaks. Registration is incomplete until payment is received. Authors MUST register for their papers to be included in the conference schedule, abstract booklet/program, and proceedings. One (1) registration fee is valid for one (1) oral presentation only.

One (1) registration will be valid for only one (1) paper presentation. Any additional paper will be charged of an #extra paper fee (only one (1) extra paper will be allowed per one (1) registered author/presenter). Student registration is also for one (1) paper presentation only.


The organizers are pleased to offer this virtual presentation option^ in light of the current situation taking place. Virtual presentation time slot will be the same as with that allotted to a physical presenter. The schedule, online access details, along with the Electronic-Abstract booklet will be sent by email. Presentation certificate will be posted by mail after the event.


All participants, both face-to-face and online (virtual) presentation, will be considered on equal footing. Only papers registered/paid on or before 31 July 2020 will be considered.


Certificates of Participation or Certificate of Presentation will be given to all delegates either in person or by postmail.


An official notification letter must be sent to the ICUE 2020 Organizing Committee should the paid conference attendee decide to shift his/her type of attendance. The letter must be received on or before 20 September 2020. In the case of shifting from On-Location attendance to Virtual attendance, the fee difference will be refunded after the event but subject to a 50 USD (1,500 THB) administrative fee. In the case of shifting from Virtual attendance to On-Location attendance, the fee difference must be paid on or before 05 October 2020.


All cancellations or refund request must be made in writing by email or fax to the ICUE 2020 Secretariat. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received on or before 20 September 2020 (Thailand time). No refunds will be given for cancellations received afterwards. The refunds will be processed only after the conference.


In the event the ICUE 2020 Conference is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the registration fee can be transferred to the newly-scheduled conference dates. However, the ICUE 2020 Organizing Committee does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, changes, or expenses incurred for travel and lodging.
